What are sister sizes?
If you have a bra size that fits, but you want to adjust the band fit, you can find the sister size in a band size smaller or larger and get the correct cup size. Remember, when you go up and down band sizes your cup size changes.
For an example, a 32C and a 34B are the same cup size.The only difference is the band size. The 34 is a bigger band size than a 32.
Another example is a 34B and 36A are the same cup size. The only difference is the band size. The 36 is a bigger band size than the 34.
What is the return policy?
Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and refund on all lingerie, panties and swimwear items. Please check the size chart before purchase to ensure a perfect fit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Quality Issues / Missing / Wrongly Sent Items.
In case of quality issues, missing or erroneous items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt/delivery by specifying the label, order number and product name. We will require you to provide a photo of the goods you have received if we consider necessary. Return shipping costs will be refunded only for faulty items.
When will I get my order?
Waiting is an ecological act - therefore all items of lingerie require pre-ordering. A good thing is worth waiting for, and we promise to make it worth your time.
Pre-order items are stocks which are not on hand and therefore, have to wait around 7 to 14 working days to receive the items.
